Best Interior Designer Los Angeles: Holiday Recipe
Pecan Balls
Ingredients
3 Sticks Butter
1⁄2 Cup Powdered Sugar, plus extra for dusting
1⁄2 Cup Sugar
1⁄2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup Finely Chopped Toasted Pecans
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Cream butter with both sugars and salt.
Add vanilla and stir into flour.
Add pecans.
Do not over-mix.
Roll dough into walnut-size balls.
Place on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 – 30 minutes, until golden brown.
When cookies are completely cooled, roll in powdered sugar.
Enjoy.
